How do I get water out of the inner tub rim of my 90 series washer?

I dismantled my 90 series washer, hosed the plastic rim of the inner tub after cleaning it. But now there is water in the rim that isn't evaporating away or leaking out and I am ready to reassemble.

How doI get that water out of there? The water wasn't there when I removed the inner tub from the washer.
