My phone won't charge
My phone had 1 percent battery, I plugged it in the charger and charged it all night and when I got up the next morning, it still only had 1 percent battery.

First try charging the phone with a different cable. If that doesn't work check the lightning port for any residual lint. Power the phone off and stick the end of a paper clip into the charging port to remove any debris. If that doesn't work the next step is replacing the lightning port, then the battery.

Turn off you phone when charging . Use another flex cable or charger to have a try.
