After screen replacement, screen gets hot

Hello,

after we replaced the screen of a i6+, the customer came back with the issue that it gets very hot under the frontflex.

The heat is actually coming from the flexcabel of the lcd screen.

We testet it with 3 other screens from different suppliers, changed different frontflexcables, cleaned everything completetly with isop and always the same problem.

Also if we start the phone with only the lcd connected it gets hot at this special point.

But connector self looks absolutly fine.

Maybe someone had already this kind of problem and knows something?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
