How to remove bios password?

Removing the cmos battery or shorting cmos the jumpers will do the trick.

Doesn't look good for this model, according to the manual on page 46 (https://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/con...):
"If you forget your administrator password, a Lenovo
authorized servicer cannot reset your password. You
must take your computer to a Lenovo authorized
servicer or a marketing representative to have the
system board replaced. Proof of purchase is required,
and a fee will be charged for parts and service."
You can try to disassemble the laptop and remove the small cell battery on the motherboard, but not all laptops have password reset options anymore these days.
