Dell Streak upper bezel loose?

Do you mean the piece removed in this step? If so, it is attached to the Streak with what resembles viscous double-stick tape. We reassembled ours after the teardown and it held together fine - just try not to touch the adhesive or get it dirty while it is apart. The plastic opening tools we use are nice to take stuff like this apart because they're soft enough to not damage the parts while you pry them apart. That being said, any thin pry tool can be used as long as you are careful. It looks like you'll want to pry up near the spot we pried in the picture and then lift the bezel from the edge nearest the glass front panel as there may be little retaining clips along its top edge (I can't really remember).
