Printer Wont Stop Printing

My printer will not stop printing test pages. I can prepare a document, turn on the printer and document prints but then the printer starts spitting our either blank pages or pages with test information. I have to turn off in or to get it to stop.

My Epson WF3820 is doing the same. continuously printing the test page. I can turn it off and turn it back on and it will print what I wanted to but then goes back to spitting out test pages. nothing in the Que and the cancel button on the printer just spins canceling. guess time for a new printer which is crap as I have maybe had a year or two. just found purchased 5/18/21 so not quite 2 years. And I don't use it heavily.

Hello,

Some times Printer turn on/off resolve the issues. Try these steps for resolve the solution.

Turn off the power of printer.
Click on start.
Then click on printers and faxes.
Double click on the Printer Name.
Then click on the printer.
Click on cancel all documents.
Wait of the printer queue to clear.
Then turn on printer again and try for printing.
Try these steps for fix the Epson printer won’t print, you can quickly resolve this issue.
