Phone isn't charging beyond 85%.
I have a Micromax YU Yunicorn, it doesn't charge after 85%. Initially it didn't charge after 98% then 88% then 85% .
Please help.

Discharge your phone completely — run it down until it shuts off. Then charge it up as far as it will go, and discharge it one more time.
Hopefully this will calibrate the battery to register its capacity properly. If it doesn't, then you'll need to replace the battery.

Actually I tried resetting my phone but each time the % comes down more. I took my phone to the service center, they flashed it and it became normal but the issue arose after a few weeks.

No, the battery is a normal service item. You need to replace it every year or two. Just get a new one!
Errrr.. it's a non removable one....
I haven't opened that phone, but most batteries are replaceable even if the manufacturer doesn't recommend it. Try taking it apart — you might surprise yourself with your skills.
