Why is there intermitted like lines on my screen
I only notice it while playing on the ps4 pro but I sent it to sony, they sent it back to me and it still does the issue

GlitchGaming45 "only notice it while playing on the ps4 pro" does not sound like a TV issue but a connection issue. Check your cabling etc. bad grounding on video cable can sometimes cause those lines. If you are unsure then you want to connect other inputs to your TV and see if you still get those lines.

I bought a new Hdmi cable and it still does it got a new PS4 Pro still does it change inputs if anything does it more

Most likely not a power cord. A video cord could do this.
