ZTE ZMAX z970 touch screen not responsive

Hello, like the title states, my ZTE ZMAX z970 is unresponsive with the touch screen, it works for a couple of seconds sometimes, but it mainly stays like this, I have factory reseted but that didn't help at all, I have gotten past the setup screens, but now it's just annoying, it's been like this for almost a year, and now I'm just tired of it. I need the best help possible, thanks!
