my iphone 1st gen got a cracked on the screen but it still works and i use it with no problem but i want to change the glass how i do that plz help me

hey, first make sure you order a quality part, it is a fairly simple project as long as you take your time and have the patience to do it right, if you dont already have the proper tools i recommend getting a screen that comes with tools, or going to your local radio shak, a store similar to that and buy some of the tools. follow the step-by-step here for any easy way to do this.
