Microsoft applications started to fail as well as some others.

Most Microsoft applications wont function on my computer please help.

Today I got on my computer it was fine, I played a couple games on it and saw that my nvidia driver needed an update, so I let that update. It then told me to restart I hit that I would do so later. Then I thought I might as well scan my computer for viruses as well with Webroot, so I started that. It found maybe 4 viruses. I told it to delete them. It also tells me that I have unnecessary files in my temp (temporary) folder, so I went to the folder to delete them. Then after doing all of this my computer began to run slow on certain applications. Microsoft Edge, my windows key was no longer functioning (this has happened before but a simple shutdown fixed it). Many others, so I thought maybe I should just restart my computer and it'll be fine. This is how it normally works. So my computer reboots. I log onto it and I get 3 pop ups from my applications. Discord, Skype, and Microsoft OneDrive. It tells me that it can't find any directories. Along with this I get maybe 10 notifcations saying that my default (pictures, browser, media player, etc.) has been reset to default. Along with this when I log back into google chrome (because ms edge wasn't working) I no longer have any saved passwords, themes, extensions. I go back into my recycling bin to retrieve my temp files in hopes that it can fix it. Nothing changes. I go and revert back to my nvidia driver before. Still doesn't work. Microsoft edge and windows key still not functioning. I revert some of the 'infected' files back onto my computer, yet still nothing changes. Along with that with software for my razer products (razer synapse) is no longer functioning. When I also open Nvidia Experience it gives me a login screen which I used to be logged into. Then upon signing in, it tells me that it crashes. When looking at the stats on my computer, my CPU, GPU, memory, etc. everything is running perfect. Even my games run at the same frames as before. Please send some solutions.
