I have a brand new Titan 3 that doesn't charge or start?

I have a brand new Titan 3 that doesn't charge or start?????

1) Battery icon shows up but tablet never gets charged after more than 10 attempts, for days at a time.

2) When just A MINIMUM charge is in (1%), the TABLET STARTUP never gets done, this after trying 100 times, even after HOURS, DAYS of charging.

3) It's DEAD, NEVER WORKED, STILL IN THE BOX & SCREEN FILM STILL ON IT.

4) CRAP.

Can't return it to a store I bought it from on vacation.

It's under warranty. Take it back before you void it by attempting a repair.

I'd encounter the same problem with Samsung tab once .... This is how I solved....

Follow the steps .........

Power on your device while pressing and holding Volume up and Power key at the same time.

(In some Tabs Press Power button + Down Vol)

You should be able to see a screen if not repeat the steps ....keep you tab connected and let it charge and later just reboot it normally.....
