I remember my passcode but iPhone is disabled

Phone is disabled because of entering the wrong passcode so many times. I remember the password now but can't find a way to put it on. Is there a way for me to enter the password through iTunes or iPhone?

You will need to plug that baby into itunes and hopefully you have a recent backup that you can restore
