Rihan Taher you are going to destroy your phone if not connected properly. You will have to tell us what you are trying to do. Let us know what phone you have and what you are wanting to do. It sounds like you want to connect an amplifier to a phone. It can be done but we need more information.

I wanna record a meeting without noise which will transmit through amplifier. I don't know amplifier details. But amplifier connected over 10 Ahuja ASC-20T Column Speakers ( Speakers Input Power 10W RMS, 15W Max , Power Taps 10W, 10/7.5/5W, Impedance/Voltage 8Ω, 100V). I'm using a general android phone ( Symphony Xplorer P5 ). Phone details: http://www.muthofon.com/symphony-xplorer.... For reduce noise i wanna connect my phone directly to amplifier output.

Rihan Taher you cannot connect the phone to the amp's output. Your phone is expecting a very low powered mic-level input, so you have to be very careful with this. It will blow your audio codec and the rest of your board.

Why not? But do it at your own risk. Prepare some cash to buy a new android phone :) After all it's just 100v output you mentioned (I dont recall knowing an audio outputting 100v though... maybe you meant a 100v amplifier with an output)
