Screwdriver size for removing plastic piece that attaches earcup
My ear cup came off, some how, it didnt break. But to get it back on I need to remove the little plastic piece at the end of the band, at least one of them, but even with my iFix it kit, not of the screw driver sizes are small enough

Which iFixit kit are you using? I'm surprised if it doesn't have a small enough screwdriver bit. Look at the screwdriver head with a magnifying glass and check it really is a cross-head screw if that's the sort of screwdriver you're trying. It could be a torx, or some other more unusual one.
