PS4 CUH-1215a Blu Ray Optical Drive Won't Accept Discs

Here's my Problem:

The Optical drive will not accept discs into the machine. They go in about half way and then get stuck.

I've got my console pulled apart on my table now, and have removed the top(bottom?) part of the optical drive casing, and the rollers are in place, but will not rotate. There seems to be a gear stuck somewhere, but I can't tell where.

Has anybody else had this issue?
