My 2005 Nissan Murano is not accelerating over 60mph on the highway?

Hello there, so I had an issue initially with my throttle body, got it replaced. After replacing it, I keep getting a code about idle re-learn. I did the procedure correctly to set off the engine code. Now my 2005 Nissan Murano is not allowing me to go past 60mph when I get on the highway. After replacing the throttle body and re-learning the idle, my cars acceleration isn't up to par and I can't figure out what it is that's preventing me from getting this fixed.
