Power Supply Issues?

Hi,

I work in a repair shop. We currently have two PS4 Slim's with the same issue, that is that they do not power on.

Nothing what so ever, no lights, no sounds and no signs of life.

We currently have a new power supply on order to test with as when we checked the power supply with the multi meter it was not giving any power.

Has anyone else had the same issue ? if so how did you resolve it ?

Id like to find out if this seems to be a common issue with the new PS4 Slim.
