How do I fix a camera that won't focus
Pls my HTC One m8 camera can't focus on an image and it has a buzzing sound how do I fix it thanks.

You'll need to replace the camera module, follow this guide to removing the upper motherboard, then continue to remove the second motherboard and replace the camera.
