Zoom-, triggerbutton and microphone don't work

Hi,

my girlfriend drop down my camera. Outside I can't find any damage. Only the case slipped out of its anchoring. I pushed it back and everything is fine.

After the drop down the triggerbutton with the zoom and the microphone won't work anymore. I can take photos when I pushed the photobutton on the display and zoom is possible on the display too. So the lens isn't the problem.

Yesterday I made a video and there is no sound. So I try to watch an older video and there I can hear the sound, so I think die microphone is damaged too.

Anybody know the answer to my problem?
