Retina Mid-2015 15" - MacBookPro11,4 (IG) - A1398 won't turn on -

I need help and your expert help. I have a Retina Mid-2015 15" - MacBookPro11,4 (IG) - A1398.

It was working great for the last 2 years without any issues. Suddenly 2 days ago it won't turn it on. The MagSafe adapter light stays Green.

I have made some attempts:

  1. Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) - Using Shift+Control+Option keys and the Power button at the same time. Release all keys and the power button at the same time the MagSafe adapter stay as green NO flash.
  2. Resetting PRAM - Using Command, Option, P, and R keys at the same time. No sound hear the startup. MagSafe adapter stays Green.
  3. I removed the battery connector from the Logical board and after 5 minute re plugged again and tried to open no success MagSafe adapter still stays Green.
  4. 2nd attempt removed the battery connector from the logic board and connected MagSafe adapter it still won’t boot but the MagSafe adapter stays Orange color!

Please give me your suggestion what exactly the fault.

Is it the battery or logic board damage or MagSafe DC-In board?

When you try to starting the system with the tests you did do you get any startup tones or hear the fan start up?

I did not on my computer I replaced the battery and still no life

Im having the same problem friend, in the exact same model, just found your post around If u get any solution let me know please! I will Let u know too if I found something out

@riccieritibiano - If your system is the same and has the same reaction then the issue is clear you have a logic board problem! As I explained in my answer this will require deeper skills than what you have.

What I can do is tell you want is working correctly. Your SMC services is! As it knows when you have the battery installed Vs not. So that tells me its not the battery and not the DC-In board. While it may need cleaning it's not the issue here.

That leaves us with a power and/or CPU type of issue on the logic board. At this point I think you've gone as far as you can. So your options are to bring the system into an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center to let them replace the logic board (bench fee and part) or try to find someone with the skills to diagnose what is happening within the logic board and has the skills (micro-soldering) and access to the needed replacement parts.
