Won't power on, keeps flashing then disappears on charge.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 won't power on. On plug, the charging symbol flashes but disappears real quick. It was slightly wet on the outside during the rain, it was on my pocket, I had few minutes to use it after the incident then it suddenly powered off. I already tried the power+volume down trick and putting the phone and it's battery on a rice sack. Each help would be appreciated.

Note: I already checked every forum/website to see if there is a solution, but it seems every single one isn't working.
