won't work. pop-up says "Unfortunately, Sense Home has stopped".

Turn off phone.
Hold power and volume down until you get the white screen.
Use volume buttons to select factory reset. Power button to confirm factory reset..
Done..

Hi invest try to reformat your Android phone.. using this guide.. I have that same problem too.. years ago. I follow this instruction and it works..

How do I get this pop-up off and get my phone working again? It says: "Unfortunately, Sense Home has stopped". Such an easy thing yet no answers. This site sucks! How do I wipe everything out of my phone and start from scratch? Difficult question?
