How to replace the battery in my iPhone "Touch"?

If you really want help, you should properly identify which model you have as each one has different parts that are not interchangeable. On the back of the device there is a model number (AXXXX). Or alternatively, take a picture of the device, front and back and add it to your question.

iPhone touch is not an apple device. do you mean iPod touch? — Aiden
