Can I retrive contacts after resetting my phone?

hi, i accidentally resetted my samsun galaxy s3 version 4.3. i just want to recover the deleted contacts. i tried so many applications already but none of it works. some applications cannot detect my phone when i connected it to the computer. pls help,
