Why wont my new ZTE ZIP switch on
I bought a ZTE ZIP today. Its brand new bought at the shop. Ive have had it on charge for hours. Ive tried switching it on and it still wont turn on at all. Can someone please help

Hi @dal05 ,
I suggest that you return it to the place of purchase and ask for either a replacement or a refund.
If you ask for a replacement make sure it works before you leave the store!
Be sure to take the sales receipt and everything that came with the phone with you when you go to return it.
It should work "out of the box" after the battery has been fully charged.

Did your phone turn on eventually? I just brought this phone today and I'm experiencing the same issue.
