White screen no sound

The screen is all white no sound. I was useing it for 4 minutes and i turned it off and a few minutes later i when to turn it on and it was just white with no sound i only have a ps4 hdmi cable pluded in to it and the tv cable is pluged in to a extension cord with the ps4
