Is my Apple RAID card battery working?

Just bought second hand Apple RAID card and I think battery is faulted - here is what I know:

1. It is latest version of that card (black board)

2. RAID Utility app is not giving any errors.

3. In "System Report" I've got info - first usage 03/2010 last conditioned 11/2011 and the worse message - Battery status: Faulted

Charging: Yes

Conditioning: No

So far I've had my Mac on (but in Sleep mode) for about 6 hours - no changes and then restart and for 12 hours on (but again in Sleep mode) - and no changes

Just wish to know if my card is working - as that status "charging: Yes" keeps me with hope'''
