one blade not turning on drone

Hi. one of the blades on my drone is not turning properly. It can be done by hand but when trying to operate the drone, it isn't. Not sure what's causing it, but the cogs are giving way too much resistance for some reason. Any ideas?

Having the same problem. One back propeller on my sky viper 2450 fvp.won't turn unless i flick it with my finger. Is it fixable.?
