When turning it off, won't open sometimes

I have MacBook air early 2017. Stopped working at all. Apple support says that the logic board has a liquid sign and won't work until replacing the logic board( very sure never had liquid ). After one week I checked to see if it work and worked perfectly! But sometimes when I shut it down, won't work back unless trying more then two times. What should I do?
