How do you fix a broken right hinge on Nintendo DS light?
the right hinge it not connected to ds at all

I have repaired DS and DS Lite systems with similar issues. To repair the hinge, you must either replace the small, ball-shaped joint and its pin
of the shell or do a complete shell swap
If you are new to the repairing scene, I would approach this repair with caution as it would be challenging to repair without much experience. However, with patience and a close adherence to the guide included below, you should be fine. To begin, I would recommend doing a full shell swap on the console. The work required on the system for either method I listed above is nearly the same. In addition, I doubt that you would find a listing for just the center piece. If the DS lite doesn’t power up after charging there is probably something else wrong than just the hinges, correct? I did notice one of the hinges were attached to a wire? Any instructions for that side?
