Solid Rrod on my Xbox 360 s and solid orange light on my power brick

Okay so this is the third time I've gotten a Rrod on my Xbox 360s 250 gb the first time it was the power supply, second time it needed to just cool , now the third time it has a weird combination. It has a solid Rrod on the Xbox and a solid orange light on my power brick. Could it be the power brick again ? Or is it something inside the Xbox ? Any ideas on how to fix?
