Why I can't power on my laptop?

Repair information and support for the Acer Aspire E15 laptop, released from Acer in 2015. Model number: E5-575-33BM.

It showed software upgrade when we tried to turn off laptop.

After that, we can't turn on laptop.

We connected charger and orange light is on.

Then we try to power on then blue light is on but nothing showed on the screen.

No any sound we heard at all.

Could anyone help? we bought it on 2016 Nov.

I also tried to connect to another screen but it still didn't show anything.

Is there no sound coming from it or is there at least a buzz from the hard disk or fan?

no any sounds from hard drive or fan.

Is any possible the virus problem?
