Anyone willing to sell me a modifieed echo?

Im working on an art project where I’m trying to incorporate an echo into an old wooden radio. I’d be fine with emptying the insides of the radio out and just putting a dot in there, but I was wondering if I could have a LED attaches to the echo that I could put on the outside of the radio for when it’s listening. I’m wondering if the blue ring lights on the top could be reconfigured/replaced, but I know zero about such things.
