Epson EB-915W - does not power on, fans don't turn on.

Epson Powerlight EB-915W

The power led light is on and orange but when I press the power button on nothing happens. Fans don't turn on and the power led light remains on and orange(it doesn't change in red or green). The temperature and lamp led light doesn't flush red (no warning sign) and are off all the time.

Can you provide me with a service manual and/or let me know what is your opinion about what can cause the problem?

I have stripped down the projector and I would like to check the power supply. I can confirm 244 V are coming to the power supply. I am not sure what should be the output on every of the 12 pins of the cn2000 connector to the mother board. I would appreciate any help of what is the expected voltage output to the mother board of the Epson eb 915w. Is there any specific steps to start up the power supply to check the voltage output to the mother board connection? Please help me. Thanks.

Here are photos of the power supply. I took out one capacitor and the 12 pin socket for the power to the mother board. I thought that the voltage of every pin will be written on the PCB but it is not. So I have no idea how to check if the PSU is in good working order without knowing the right output voltage for every of the 12 pins. Except I take out every part and check it with parts checked GM328B. Please help me if you have any ideas. Thanks
