Why is my phone dropping outgoing call

The ring time is controlled by the called number's phone service provider. It is not controlled from your end.

Is the called number a landline number?

Check the called number's phone service provider's website to find out how to increase the incoming ring time, if at all. It may be that it cannot be adjusted. I think that it may be already at the maximum time allowed. From the phone service provider's point of view, 120 seconds is a long enough time

You may have to think about altering the type of phone installed or increasing the number of phones installed at the called number's house to cut down the time it takes to reach a phone to answer it.

The simplest and easiest way to do this is to have a portable telephone system with multiple handsets installed. This will allow them to be placed strategically around so that one would be always close at hand. You can do it yourself.

This is just one example of what I mean. It is not a recommendation to use the brand of telephone shown. There are other systems available with even more handsets if necessary, 4 or 6 or up to 10
