Battery charges lasts 2 hours

Hi,

Battery life depends on what you are using the tablet for.

If you watch videos or play games then the battery won't last as long as if you are just surfing the internet or similar less tablet hardware intensive activities.

How old is the tablet?

Eventually (after a few years anyway), even rechargeable batteries start to have reduced performance

If it is less than 12 months old it should perform better than 2 hours regardless of what you are doing. Maybe not 6 hours but a lot better than 2 hours.

I suggest that you consult the manufacturer's warranty statement (p.EN-28) as to what you have to do to make a claim for manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement, as the battery may be faulty.
