Won't stay on Wi-Fi
Okay before I start let me tell you that my router is fine I have a computer and two tablets that stay on the Wi-Fi continually. My phone goes in and out of Wi-Fi and 4G every 15 seconds up to about a minute this is when I am at home and anywhere else I go that has Wi-Fi I don't know if there is a setting besides only putting it on 4G or only putting it on Wi-Fi. the 3-g phone I used to have worked beautifully until I got this Samsung j7

After reading my comment I meant to say when it is in Wi-Fi it doesn't stay there it only works continuously if I have it in 4 G

Have you tried disabling "Smart Network Switch"? On my device, it's under Settings / Wi-Fi / Advanced.
The idea behind it is if the phone thinks the Wi-Fi connection is too weak, it will disconnect from Wi-Fi and connect to your mobile service.
