My phone is not receiving calls or texts

Hello,

My son is having trouble with his phone. He is not receiving or able to send texts/calls.

He will sometimes receive a text but it happens 30+ minutes after it is sent. Also his data is not working. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Check your sim card on other phone, and

If not work you can back up your data and clean to factory defaults.

If not work you can call your carrier...
