Tomtom multsport off and wont turn on

Hi MY tomtom multisport watch got wet inside and we opened it to clean inside. its clean now and everything back in place but the watch wont turn on. Is it the charging cable or what? The watch itself has no damages at the screen at all. What to do now

Its not connecting with the tomtom sports connect app either.
