Samsung ue40d5520 TV bricked after messing with service menu

Hi

I have a Samsung ue40d5520 TV. I was messing with the Service menu by pressing INFO - Menu - MUTE - Power. Then if was saying Wait. I can only assume it was doing something to the software installed on the TV. This Wait message was staying for too long for my liking and I decided to unplug the TV.

When I plugged it back in the TV would not power up at all. There isn't even the stanby light. It is bricked.

There is electicity going to it as removed the back cover and unplugged the main motherboard and the screen would turn into white.

I assume the firmware data on the main board is currupt.

How do I fix the TV. How do I install the firmware again.

Try the INFO - Menu - MUTE - Power again, then try to turn on the TV.

The Firwmare is here.

You need to follow its instructions on a PC on how to copy it to a USB.

that does not do anything. USB device gets power as usb light comes on but the TV still does not power up or show any lights

SAMSUNG Smart Tv UE46D5700: I have exactly the same problem. I got my TV to work again after a recycling start and restart.( How I got it working again was a separate topic). I was setting the parameters through the Service Mode. I got Got the screen display Waiting and suddenly my power cable was puled off my mistake. The TV refuse d to power on. No red LED nothing on the screen. I measured all the voltage on power supply and the control board and everything is good and when I remove the connection between power board and control bard the screen turns white.. I have tried everything I know: like trying to reset the EEPROM, but none of this worked. I do not even think of buying a new borad because I am sure this one is ok except what I messed up. "Removing power while updating Service mode". I need help really

Can you please share the steps how did you get it back? I am having the same issue where I can't access the service menu anymore.

Same to me , I have mu6300 samsung smart tv , messing with hide menu , now the tv is not power on , I see black screen , if I disconnect the motherboard, same i see white screen .. it's something I guess wrong with bios . Because bios answer hide menu . Before all that story I couldn't reset the TV, I did to many reset and finally broke the TV, so now how to bring in life the TV,

I'm saying again, plug the TV on , black screen , I can't see even the hide menu nothing. I believe the firmware corupt or bios . Please help me anyone. How to bring in live without buying the motherboard, the price 100$ . I can save that money with your help guys .
