Svideo unusable signal blue screen

Hello my mom has a Rca 26 L26HD31 it was unplugged an moved to another room new cable boxes in stall xfinity new taking remote now it says svideo with blue screen unusable signal

Hi @kraz ,

Does your cable box have HDMI output, have you tried that into the TV?

Can you see the menu screens of the cable box OK on the TV when using s-video (or HDMI)?

Have you checked the cable connection is OK into the new cable box?

What is the make and model number of your cable box?
