Can't make calls even with service.
For some reason, I haven't been able to make a single phone call from the phone. However, there are instances in which it allows me to browse the internet. Not sure why though.

If the phone has worked before the cellular antenna could be damaged or one or more of the many tiny components on the board that control the cellular service.
I would send the phone to a repair shop that can do board repairs for you to check and locate the problem.
