Why isn't my phone connecting to network

I've recently bought the phone. I had the digitizer and back screen replaced before I switched over. Well after all that it won't connect to the network. Im thinking maybe Sims card reader or antenna. Maybe you have a better idea . I took it to Verizon spent 2 hrs on phone with IT support. They said they have tried every thing. PLEASE HELP!!!
