won't download and play movies

I had an old ZTE Zmax Pro for 1 yr and never had any download issues. I just bought a new ZTE Blade and I can download apps from google play & 3rd party dwnloaders but it won't download any shows/movies. It will show it in the downloader but sometimes quits about 50% thru or go all the way then when I select it I get a "can't play file". I've tried many diff other vplayr apps or dwnlr apps & nothing. Can u help????

Hi @JIM B.

Try starting the phone in safe mode, download a movie and then try to play it.

If it works this way a downloaded app is the cause of the problem.

The trick is to find out which one!

옵션

Try delete old files, make in browser delete history and cookies, download vlc player, is good for all format.... when not come make hard reset...
