The screen on my Pixel 2 XL is cracked. I went to two UbreakiFix locations in my area and neither one of them have any idea when they'll be getting replacement screens in. Google's other authorized service company Puls doesn't provide service in Portland, Oregon where I live. Does anyone know where I can buy a Pixel 2 XL screen replacement? I can't find the part anywhere.

Perhaps the term LCD screen is being used as a 'generic' description and not a 'literal' one.
This supplier initially states a LCD screen but then also says P-OLED in the Features description
"Features:
Brand New LCD and Touch Screen Assembly for the Google Pixel 2 XL, 2880 x 1440 Pixels; P-OLED at 538ppi 6.0 inch display, Fast shipping options, Free pry tool and adhesive."
The description matches the product specs
Maybe you should contact them and confirm that it is a P-OLED screen.
This is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to highlight that there may be laziness in the product description as advertised by the supplier.

The part at that link says it's a Pixel 2 XL screen but below it says compatible with Pixel XL. Which is it? I don't want to buy the wrong screen. Also, the description says it's an LCD screen. The Pixel 2 XL doesn't have an LCD screen.
