Please be patient with me while I try to explain this mess I seem to find myself in as I had no previous knowledge of tablets or internet. I am having to learn tablet system's @ operations, and àbout "hacking - security. I am still trying to learn basics.

Tablet started freezing

Apps freezing "during game, reading or facebook-messanger"

Apps shutting off, returning to homepage

Apps refusing to restart

System's failure

Tablet states

launcher3 has stopped

OS has stopped

Other device and app systems stop

Screen just turns blue,black

Tablet not starting, comes on then turns blueblack

Turns on, then this cycle repeats,
