How do you fix a shoe's heelcup that has been damaged by a washer?

I washed my shoes in washer for the second time EVER, and this time my shoes seemed to be damaged and the heel cup inside the shoe is poking the heel of my foot now and is very uncomfortable; as well as lopsided.
