Why can't I get my apps to run? They load and close.

I have not had this tablet very long and at first when I couldn't get something to run I thought it was the app. But now even Google and my amazon kindle will not run on my computer. I have tried to get a cleaner off the play store app but once downloaded it won't run long enough to run a scan. Please help! I don't know what to do.
