blaupunkt 520 radio won't scan

Hi there, my radio will not scan over 89. 9fm, I can pick an am channel but nothing on the fm side, it is not as I said my ariel just my device will not scan over 89.9, what am I missing?

Can you do a manual FM tune, using <Tune or > Tune?
